Dear Members and Friends of IEABA,

It is a great honor to serve in an organization where not only the board members but also the general membership is passionate about their businesses and the communities we serve.

As business owners, we are all stretched to our limit and finding time to navigate the changing dynamics of our economy can be challenging. 

The main objective of Inland Empire Asian Business Association is to provide Asian American business owners and entrepreneurs, training and networking opportunities that are relevant to our businesses.  We are the platform that connects businesses, communities and the government.  As a small business owner, we often feel isolated from the greater community.  It is our job to facilitate a place for you to link into an expanded network and identify resources that are available to you.

The saying goes, “We don’t know what we don’t know”.  Business leaders must be vigilant to not only come up with tactical plans, but also, set strategic plans for our enterprises.  That means, we must constantly seek new networks and find new ways of doing business.  We must be aware of local, state and national initiatives that affect our businesses.  We must seek out innovative ways to run our operation during turbulent times.  We need to work with community leaders to better our communities.  Our mission is to help you meet these obstacles with confidence, equipped with the right training, information and experience that brings growth and prosperity to your operation.
